Description: 

The Sunset Beach Retreat is a great place to get away from it all. The decor is coastal comfortable! The dining table seats six people with a Gulf water view. Three extra chairs are at the bar. Enjoy dinner on the balcony with a pub-height table and chairs so you look OVER the railing, not through the spokes. The large balcony also features a beautiful view of the ocean where you can hear the waves. Off to the right you can enjoy the sunsets over the bay.

The living area sofa has two recliners, a love seat with center drink holders and seats that rock and recline. There are ceiling fan in the living area, on the deck and in each bedroom. There are three bedrooms with one queen bed in the master and second bedroom.  The third bedroom sleeps four with a bunk bed and another bed with a pull-out trundle bed. The beach retreat has two baths with a large shower in the master bathroom. All TV's are smart tv's, so you can watch on your own Netflix or Amazon account.

 

There is a huge grassy area out front where kids can play games. There are also several board games for adults and children to play indoors in case of a rainstorm.

Enjoy sights and sounds of the Gulf or admire beautiful Sunsets over the bay from a deck off the master bedroom or from the second story balcony. It is the perfect location for a relaxing time.

​

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils needed for preparing meals and some fun appliances. Bring your pods for the Keurig. We also have a regular coffee pot with a thermos to take your coffee out to the deck.

​

Set up for families so we have lots of TOYS for ages 6 months to 60!  Kayaks, tubes, beach chairs, and beach wagons to carry it all!!

This condo is part of Pointe West which is Galveston Island's only Gulf Front resort including two pools with sun loungers, a hot tub, seating areas, grills, a spa and fitness center. A game room for young people is also by the pool. This high-end resort includes a restaurant, upstairs bar, live music, hiking, biking and golf cart trails. Bikes can be rented at the Beach Club.

Being in Pointe West means you are where the gulf meets the bay. Enjoy the best beach on the gulf side, shell hunting, boarding, kicking back and relaxing. The bay, across the road (under road tunnel) is an easy trek for more fishing, lazy river pool and kayaking (kayaks provided).

​

At the Beach Club, there is an infinity pool looking over the groomed beaches! There is also a large hot tub and kiddie pool. On the bay side of Pointe West is the sunset Pool, a small lazy river and hot tub. Bring your tube and stay cool under the large palms while you float the lazy river. This beautiful pool looks over the bay and has a tropical feel to it. Relax in the hot tub and watch the beautiful sunset.

There are many lakes around the community but the fishing pier is a wonderful place to take the family crabbing or fishing. Please remember though, the lakes are catch and release only.
